meet JENNIFER
Jennifer has been a licensed real estate agent since 2005, and her strong background in mortgage lending combined with her experience representing buyers, sellers and investors is a tremendous benefit to my clients. You could call her "the realtor for people who think they don't like realtors." She’s as down-to-earth and transparent as they come, and you can count on her for honest advice and guidance with your best interests in mind, always. She’s a Certified Negotiation Expert, a short sale listing specialist, and is proficient in home valuation, loan and grant requirements, home staging and interior design, and renovating homes to flip or rent for passive income.
It isn't all work all the time, though...She’s got plenty on her plate being an Army wife and a mom to my three kids Ethan, Liberty and Luna, each of whom could literally star in their own YouTube channel - that's how entertaining they are! (That's not mom bias, either. Ask anyone!) Jennifer and her family live in Columbia, Maryland, where she was born and raised, a true HoCo native.
Above all, she’s a dreamer and a visionary who happens to love supporting the dreams and visions of others. She does that in lots of ways. For her buyer clients, she often find herself helping them make the leap from their "starter" home to their dream home, or in some cases helping them become homeowners for the first time. For her seller clients, she gets their home sold as quickly as possible, for as much money possible, so that they can move on to the next exciting chapter in their lives. And, for her investor clients (many of whom never knew they could overcome credit or cashflow issues to begin investing!), she helps them fund the lifestyle they always wanted - from paying for college to supporting themselves through retirement.

Kristin is the Marketing Boss for the Jennifer De La Rosa Group. With over 10 years of marketing experience focused on digital campaigns, she knows how to get your house in the right place, in front of the right people.
Being not only a Maryland native, but born and raised in Columbia, she is familiar with the area and the advantages of all the pockets of neighborhoods.
When she isn’t writing, creating social buzz, or promoting your home, she is busy with her family. A wife, mother of two small girls, and a big dog occupies most of her free time. Escaping to the great outdoors and exploring nature, camping, and going to the beach top the list of her favorite things to do.
