How I'll Sell Your Home

The entire home selling process, from our initial seller consultation through the settlement, is a complex one, and my team and I are here to handle every detail on your behalf. We work from an incredibly detailed "master plan" that ensures nothing is missed and the entire transaction runs smoothly. We'll discuss this plan in more detail in our initial meeting, and here's a quick overview:

PreParing your home for sale

I'll visit your home to get to know you and the property you're selling. I'll then perform extensive research to determine the price that will attract the most potential buyers and the best possible offers. After that, we'll stage your home to make it as desirable as it can be.

marketing your home FOR SALE

Setting the right price is just one part of bringing in buyers (and offers). Having an innovative and effective marketing strategy is key to your selling success. I'll implement a comprehensive marketing plan that reaches the right audience for your listing.

navigating contract-to-close

Once we have an offer you wish to accept, all the "behind the scenes" work begins. That's when my team and I complete all the steps that get us from a ratified contract to the closing table, without missing a single detail along the way. You can count on us to handle it all.

Can I give more than five stars? Because Jennifer deserves it! Jennifer helped me with the short sale of a rental property. Anyone who has been through a short sale knows it is a long and tedious process which requires lots of documentation. Jennifer was in it for the long haul with me and I cannot be more thankful. In the year the property was on the market she worked tirelessly to promote, show, and negotiate contracts for the property in addition to being the liaison to the bank on my behalf. Her communication and negotiation skills are top notch. Even with a three hour time difference between us, I never experienced a hiccup or delay related to her efforts. If you are in need of a realtor, Jennifer De La Rosa should be your first phone call, you won’t be disappointed.
