I spent many years in mortgage lending before embarking on my real estate career, and developed extensive knowledge in calculating home values. Keeping up with the most current market conditions and home pricing strategies is very important to me, and in 2018 I completed my certification as an Accredited Property Valuation Specialist.

STAGING CERTIFICATION
Home staging is the process of showcasing your home in the most flattering way possible by minimizing clutter and personal effects, adding inspired touches of decor, and brightening the space to present the very best first impression to potential buyers. Research has shown that a professionally staged home sells up to eight times faster, and at a 20% higher average price, than a non-staged home.
Fortunately for my seller clients, I hold a professional designation in home staging, which means that I can work directly with you to ensure your home is made as desirable as possible to as many buyers as possible. This VIP-level service is just another way I bring value to my clientele.
SUPERIOR NEGOTIATION SKILLS
When one or more buyers have made offers on your home, it's time to begin the negotiation: settling on the final price and any contingencies, such as required repairs or concessions. That's where I put my negotiating skills to work for you. To better help me to serve my clients' best interests, I've completed negotiation training through the Real Estate Negotiation Institute, and am proud to have earned my Certified Negotiation Expert designation. You can be certain that I'll effectively advocate for you every step of the way.
