It's closing the deal in the timeframe they need, and making sure they feel completely at ease in their new home.

FINDING YOUR PERFECT HOME

Generally, the buying process begins with a no-obligation consultation, where we'll get to know each other and I'll develop an understanding of exactly what you want in your new home - this includes the price, layout, amenities, and community style that are important to you. We'll also discuss in detail the steps for finding, qualifying for, and ultimately purchasing a home you love. I'll then begin my research, finding listings that meet your needs and fit all of your most essential criteria. We'll tour the homes that you're most interested in, and when it's time to make an offer, I'll guide you through that process as well.

FINANCING YOUR HOME

I always recommend securing a pre-approval before you really dig into your home search, because of the peace of mind it creates knowing you're qualified for whichever home you fall in love with. Whether you're pre-approved or not, though, once your offer is accepted, you'll go through the process of finalizing your mortgage loan. I'll be there to support you through each step, and can always refer you to my most trusted lenders. They can help you overcome credit issues, a shortage of down payment funds, and connect you with available grants and loan products you may not have even considered.

CLOSING THE DEAL

Home buying is a complex transaction, and my team and I are there to walk you through it. We'll coordinate all of the inspections, documents, and other details needed to get you to settlement as planned. You can count on us for constant communication and to be a resource to you for anything you may need. On the closing day, we'll have completed a final walk-through with you prior to settlement, so you know your new home is ready for you as planned. And, after settlement is complete, we'll be there to celebrate this new milestone with you! We want you to be our client for life, and we'll do all we can to earn your trust!
