PROFESSIONAL staging & signage
When you work with me as your real estate agent, you'll benefit from having a professionally designated home stager at your service. Home staging is the art of making your home feel welcoming and hospitable, while also enabling potential buyers to envision themselves living there. Whether your home needs just the basics to polish and brighten its atmosphere, or more elaborate displays of furnishings and decor, I've got it covered.
I'll also shine a spotlight (so to speak) on your home by placing professional, eye-catching signage where the most people possible will see it and want to inquire.
STUNNING PHOTOGRAPHY
Once your home looks as gorgeous as it can, the next step is bringing in one of my professional photographers to truly show it off. Unlike real estate agents who snap a few images with their camera phone, I set an appointment to have a trusted and talented expert photograph your home in breathtaking high-definition. Shooting in HD affords us the clearest, most light-filled images possible. These photos are then used in all my marketing to inspire buyers and agents to want to take a closer (in-person) look.
OPEN HOUSES
Most home sellers are very eager to hold an open house to attract buyers. And, in most cases, holding an open house is part of my marketing strategy. However, few realtors would point out the truth: that open houses don't sell homes, agents do - and that hosting multiple open houses is more of an opportunity for an agent to attract leads for his/her business than to attract buyers for that particular listing. Still, when I do plan an open house, know that it will be executed the right way. I use quality signage, an attractive home book with comment cards and property flyers inside your home, and diligent followup with all buyers (and agents) who pass through.
ONLINE & PRINT ADVERTISING
In order to get your listing in front of as many buyers as possible, I use a customized combination of online and print marketing. You can expect that your listing will appear in targeted content on Facebook and Instagram, as well as hundreds of real estate search sites. I'm also a Zillow Premier Agent, meaning your listing will get preferential placement and more exposure!
In addition to incorporating social media, I also utilize more traditional advertising methods such as email and direct mail campaigns. All of my marketing content is professionally produced, with the goal of reaching the ideal buyers for your home, quickly and effectively.
RELATIONSHIPS WITH OTHERS
My most effective marketing technique of all is leveraging the great relationships I have with hundreds of other real estate agents and affiliated professionals throughout Howard County, Baltimore, and the surrounding areas. I make sure that everyone in my 350+ agent real estate brokerage, as well as all of my other industry contacts, has the scoop on your listing.
I also deliver your home's details straight to my database of loyal clients, so they can keep their ear to the ground. The "word of mouth" this generates is highly effective in motivating buyers!
