I can't emphasize enough the importance of setting the right price for your home when you truly want to sell. The first 30 days your home is on the market are critical, as that's when you'll see the most activity (showings, offers, and, hopefully, a ratified contract!). To make the most of this important period, you need to competitively price your home at a realistic market value, before it gets crowded out by newer, more reasonably-priced listings.
Fortunately, I have a strong background in pricing homes strategically and correctly. In my prior career in mortgage lending, I learned the home valuation process inside and out, and mortgage lenders continue to seek my valuation advice to this day. I utilize a detailed and customized market analysis, information about the unique features of your home, and my extensive experience in real estate to calculate the price that will net you the most money possible.

To keep them interested, I'll also provide you with professional home staging, which will help to showcase your home and inspire buyers to envision themselves living in it.
